Hello and Welcome!
Grace Phang
I am passionate about building better experiences and advocating for user needs. As a researcher, I uncover user patterns that allow teams to make data-informed decisions on high-impact products.
Over the past few years, I've focused my energy on what fulfills me- teaching user research, making funny hats (like one for Katy Perry), attending talks & panels with diverse speakers, and listening to audiobooks.
