Designed, developed, and organized production of multiple paper engineering and origami lessons that improve spatial cognition.  Coordinated with the Tufts University Spatial Cognition Lab to train teachers and assess the program's impact on math and spatial reasoning.  Communicated with suppliers to reduce production expenses by more than 75%.

Communicated with students, staff, and faculty to troubleshoot software issues and operating system problems and optimize computer performance and function.  Reviewed and suggested improvements for Computing Services website.
