Carry out a usability study comparison of two websites, applying the UX metrics taught in the HF725 course.

  • Choose testing method and appropriate technology

  • Identify specific tasks and questions to ask

  • Recruit participants

  • Conduct usability study

  • Analyze Userzoom results​

My Contribution Highlights

Pie graphs quickly show similarities between participant demographics

Heatmaps provide information about participant navigation patterns from the homepage

Usability Scorecards provide quick, comparable performance metrics

​

Although McDonald's has slightly higher usability scores, these results were not signifiant (within margin of error)
